We answer within two working days, usually sooner. If it is about your own health record, write from the address you signed up with so we know it is you.

- Everything you have given Ethia can be exported or deleted from You & privacy inside your account.
- Deleting your account removes your health record. It cannot be undone, and we will not do it on your behalf without asking you to confirm.
- Nothing you record is shared with anyone unless you say so. Read the privacy policy.

Ethia is not a medical service and nobody here is monitoring it for emergencies. If you are unwell and need help now, contact your doctor or your local emergency number.
