2. Who Can Use PathwayBio

• Be a patient seeking to understand your own health data, OR
• Be an authorized representative of a research organization, pharmaceutical company, or healthcare institution

We currently support patients in the United States. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Please use a strong, unique password and do not share your login information with others.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at george@investigate.health.

4. What You Can Do on PathwayBio

As a patient, you can:

• Upload your lab results for AI-powered analysis
• Build a health profile to track your condition over time
• Receive personalized educational content about your condition
• Get matched with clinical trials and research opportunities
• Choose to share anonymized data with research organizations

5. What You Cannot Do

You agree not to:

• Upload health data belonging to someone else without their explicit consent
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with the platform's operation or security

• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Share your AI analysis as if it were professional medical advice

6. AI-Powered Analysis

PathwayBio uses artificial intelligence to analyze your lab results and provide educational insights. While we strive for accuracy, AI systems can make errors.

Our AI analysis is designed to help you understand patterns in your data and have more informed conversations with your healthcare providers. It is not a substitute for professional interpretation of your lab results.

We continuously work to improve our AI systems, but we cannot guarantee that all analysis will be error-free or applicable to your specific situation.

7. Research Matching

We may match you with clinical trials and research studies based on your health profile. These matches are informational only - we do not enroll you in any study without your explicit consent.

Research organizations see anonymized profiles only. They cannot identify you unless you choose to reveal your identity by expressing interest in a specific opportunity.

PathwayBio does not guarantee that you will qualify for any particular study, and we are not responsible for the conduct of third-party research organizations.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep PathwayBio available 24/7, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical difficulties.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice when possible for significant changes.

9. Free Service for Patients

PathwayBio is currently free for patients. We sustain our service through partnerships with research organizations who pay to access anonymized, aggregated data and to post research opportunities.

If we ever introduce paid features for patients, we will clearly communicate this in advance and any paid features will be optional.

10. Intellectual Property

The PathwayBio platform, including our software, designs, text, and AI systems, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

You retain ownership of your health data. By uploading data to PathwayBio, you grant us a license to process, analyze, and store that data to provide our services to you.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PathwayBio and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

We are not liable for any health outcomes that result from decisions you make based on information from our platform. Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions.

12. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. We will provide notice when possible.
