There is nothing to set up. Your home screen is a conversation, and the fastest way to feel what Ethia does is simply to ask it something. If this is the only thing you ever do here, you will already be getting the point of it.
When you sign in, this is what you see. Ethia greets you and, once you have talked before, picks up where you left off. You do not have to set anything up first. The whole screen is just a conversation waiting for you.
Good to know: nothing here can break, and nothing you type is shared. This is your private space to think out loud.
Click the box at the bottom that says Ask me anything, and type the way you would text a friend who happens to know a lot about health. You do not need the right words or medical terms.

Click Send. In a moment, Ethia answers, in plain language, specific to you. This is the moment it clicks. That answer, right there, is the value. You did not have to log anything or fill in a single form to get it.

If a blank box is intimidating, don't overthink it. On your home screen Ethia offers a few starters. Click any one and it begins that for you. You can always just say hello, too.
